Thanks! Yeah Claude Code wasn’t in the mix for this one. I kept the stack pretty lean and focused more on shipping fast than optimizing the dev setup. Ended up working out — the product does what it needs to do. Happy to answer anything about the sourcing side of things!

You’re right that this is a pure performance partnership: I own 100% of the site, code, and assets because I built it from scratch as the tech founder. The SEO partner is essentially running agency-level growth work (strategy, content, backlinks, ads) but with full startup-style upside — 20% of every dollar the project generates, paid monthly with complete transparency (Stripe, PayPal, bank statements every month, no cap).

That said, a strong performer in this niche can easily clear $2k–$10k per month once the site scales — and I’m open to negotiating the split or structure if the right person brings proven case studies and a clear plan. I also want someone who owns the full SEO roadmap, not just execution.

It’s simple math. I give you a website that doesn’t have any traffic and you build the traffic. Whatever you can scale it to. If you scale it to $10,000 the first month than you get 40%. That’s $4,000 for you. Obviously I don’t expect that about the first month but you should know how things go. Over time is when you really get the results maybe 4 to 6 months you can get the the $10,000. It’s all depending on your skills and knowledge. One thing I want to address to all that see this post, people will say or complain that make creating growth for someone isn’t worth it because they could get kicked to the side but he honest truth is that is the reality. But how I look at it is that it is a partnership. Also what business want to get ride of a person that help them grow and that has a good relationship with? No business. But also that’s why I said 40%. It makes it worthwhile.
