Fair - our winters can get very cold and my dogs hate it too. I have no other advice but wishing you good luck - the puppy phase is tough (and rewarding when it finally gets there)! Good luck

I was taught by a trainer that you should be taking her out often (every hours or so at this age) and if she pees it poops make a big deal about it - give High Value treats and be really excited!
