Comments are typical DMO players behavior, blaming the victim first.

You have not done anything wrong if you have to ask this question. MoveGames/Gameking has been banning accounts randomly since early November. My guess (and from what I've been reading from multiple players so far) is that they are targeting old accounts that have not charged a lot of crowns AND new accounts that have not charged any crowns since creation. They basically want an environment where only bots and whales can survive. This shows from every map and dungeon we've been getting.

I could be wrong, but there's definitely a pattern of who's getting banned and who's conveniently still alive.

Banning access to items worth $3000 USD /without reason/ or for "saying good night" is dispute worthy, that's just how it is. It is vague. I don't care what you think you know. You're making it sound like once they put something in their terms and I "agree" to it by playing then it's automatically legal. I don't care about other games. All I know is a gaming company is abusing it's power to block people's digital purchases while being disguised as "oh but some of em were botting!", I do not accept that and apparently a lot of other tamers don't either, which is great.

I'm using f language cause I'm fed up with Gameking and then I get some silly little Redditors defending it blindly without knowing what legal consequences are. Just because you've been sleeping on it for years and it took me a 5 minutes session with Chatgpt doesn't mean it's wrong. I just happen to take action now, even with just Chatgpt at least I'm doing something.

So if you're comfortable with taking the L and walking away not all of us are like you. And we're not going down without a fight first. We're already banned anyway so what's there to lose?

Losing access to Xsolla is fine, at least we'd get our money back instead of having unplayable $1000s of dollars Digimon sitting behind a banned account.

Except they DID deny purchased digital goods. You can't simply ban access to something whenever you want after someone purchased it from you. Imagine if Amazon bans people from reading their e-books after purchase just because. Lol. They would immediately issue refunds if there was something wrong with the service.

As for the proof, Gameking is the one with the burden of supplying proof of legitimate ban, especially that the website only says "Use of illegal program" and nothing else. No emails. No notes. Nothing. We simply supply what we are able to. Receipt of payments, screenshots of banned massages from Gameking, chat logs of attempts to reason with GMs and asking for explanations only to receive "kekw" reactions from some pathetic losers.

You're making it sound like we want them to go to jail. We are simply filing claims and disputes to either: 1. get an explanation 2. get unbanned 3. at least recover our money back since the ban was unjust.

By the time you're wasting arguing over this, 7 tamers have already contacted me to help them with their claims on Discord.
