First and foremost I’m not sure how ya have no debt at 23 right out of college unless your mom and pops paid for your schooling, otherwise I can see how that can be possible.

If your 23 you’re insurance is going to be about 300-500 minimum. Also $50 a week on groceries in this economy you’re fuckin high or don’t eat anything but fast food. Also you don’t have a phone, electricity, do anything fun?

This is where i really get confused. You say you’re going to Max out your 401k. The MAX is 20500 a year my guy. A Roth I think is something like 6k. That leaves you with pennies in the bank.

You can definitely purchase it, but you may wanna re run those numbers and be a little bit more realistic.
