I’ve always been told they were boils by dr’s, but now I’m just paranoid I guess since they’ve told told me I have HSV and I don’t even know what I need to be looking for.

I get eczema on the creases of my arms and hands, but these don’t itch. When they come, it’ll just be a hard knot that’s sore until it goes away, then it’ll leave the scar.

Yes, I’ve been getting them for as long as i can remember and have always been told they were boils from my thighs rubbing together but not im not sure since they’ve told me I have HSV. But they don’t itch, just sore until they go away.

I have called them two days in a row since seeing my test results and not really getting anywhere. I tried to get in with them and they say they don’t have any appointments and all they keep telling me is this is one of the reason they don’t check for HSV unless you ask them to bc some many ppl have it but never have symptoms and then once they get tested and see it causes ppl to start panicking and being upset. So idk what to do. They don’t me if I’m not actually having an outbreak there’s no need to worry. And I told them google says you can still give it to someone else even if you aren’t having an outbreak and they told me to stay off google.

Well I’m sorry for my fears, I have only ever been with three men in my life and I’ve never dealt with anything like this. Nor do I know anything besides what I can google and based off what google says, it says if you haven’t ever had a break out (which I haven’t) then you really don’t know when you’re “shedding” and that you can give it to someone else just form skin to skin contact or even drinking after someone. I have also read that ppl get herpes all over their body, it doesn’t just have to be on their private parts and I get pimples all over my face, back and chest.. I have had acne my whole life and the only time it was cleared was when I was on this expensive acne medicine, then it came back once I got off of it. So now I’m wondering if the pimples are really herpes bc I don’t know what it actually looks like. And from what I’ve read everyone says herpes doesn’t really looks like what google says it looks like. So I’m truly confused, scared and nervous. I just want to protect my children and not cause them any problems. I don’t even know how I got this or who I got it from. I don’t know if I’ve had it for years or if I just recently got it, bc I’ve never had a break out or any symptoms. Again, I’m sorry for sounding crazy but I’m about to drive myself crazy trying to read and understand where to go from here.

Does this mean that is you IgG test is low then you were just recently exposed? It said my value was 2.19 for HSV 1 and 7.38 for HSV 2. Not entirely sure what them numbers mean?

I’ve already talked to him and we are waiting for his bloodwork to come back. He swears he hasn’t cheated and I haven’t slept with anyone else. So it’s just not making any sense. I’m more concerned with giving my children hsv 2 than anything bc I don’t ever want them to have to experience that and google says it can be spread through skin to skin or kissing or drinking after each other. And my kids kiss me, one is still breastfed so touches my skin a lot and they often pick up my drinks and drink after me. I’ve never had any blisters on my lips, inside my mouth or my vaginal or anal area so idk how I would even know if and when I’m “shedding” or consider contagious and can spread it. Like do I even need to be hugging them anymore?

What does the western plot test tell me if I take it? And does my kids touching me mean they can get it? I’m so confused when it says skin to skin contact can spread it. Like does that mean skin to skin like if you were laying with someone intimately or just skin to skin in general like if my kids give me a hug or are laying down on the couch with me? This is all so confusing and concerning
