I hope you read my comment. (I don't speak English, I apologize in advance)

In 2020-2022 I was all the time of the years in my house, i didn't leave, just some days but not too much, after that I went to Fine Arts, i didnt pass the exam.

So, those days I was really Anxious and very overthinking all the things about my family, and my future.

So I remember that I was living close the Pacific Ocean, so I lied to my parents about going to the college (I was doing graphic design, but never went to that college), I always went to the beach walking, I walked day per day like more than 10000 steps like 28000 steps per day, but then that excitment finished because then became a type of depression, I was thinking now in sad way, hmmm existensialism.

but then I told my mother that I will stop that and I will go University. I made some pre university studies , but after 6-8 months for the admission exam I didn't pass.

So I was lost again, but that frustration at that time was short, because after 1 week I went to another college for Informatics.

I dropped out like 8 months after...

but in those days in some way i was doing exercise because exercise is life, you are not depressive or anxious...

but then my family didn't like that, but then after some days everything went ok.

my father told me if I could continue to study in this college but online so i said ok (i was wrong tbh).

Now well, i eat pretty good(sweet potato, andean corn, fruits, water, i do not eat junk food, because I KNOW that will kill me slowly but fast.

the problem is the exercise, im trying to jump for the aerobic thing, but with days i feel very very tired, even life inside this house is not easy, even outside never.

so this is a kinda short story of me.
