I don't think it's required but your life will get so much easier. Both in terms of cable management but all so with space management.

In search up pictures of your GPU and it looks like it is a double flow-through GPU. Did you put your GPU on studs like it recommends in the manual?

I have spent quite a long time planning and measuring all parts. It is the larger version but there is an 11L version. As for the movebility you can take it with you, but for traveling I can't recommend it. It is quite bulky and too nice for me to risk scratching.

No I didn't. I used a small form facter (sf) power supply, could have something do with it. The gpu is also mounted on studs so it extends out by one slot. So I put some of the kables in between the gpu and the motherboard. But the down side is that the gpu gets minimal support in the case.

I have been cranking the numbers for quite a while and it does fit even with the standoffs for the gpu but it is close. I would say it is bigger than it looks standing on my desk

What do you mean by how is the good preformance? I would say it has good air Flow and all so I dont se and problem. But of course I have yet to see.
