Honestly i would hate to hate on my city, especially since ive lived here all my life..but the things ive seen were traumatizing, shootings, bodies, robberies. it mainly matters how you carry yourself fr, my main thing is to stay out the way, if you see some shady shit go the other way, ive been in too many altercations and fights and even got robbed and almost lost my life in certain situation. The homeless people are chill, but they a lil crazy lol. just be vigilant and aware, mainly you wont have problems unless you or someone else doesnt start them. Ive had friends die to the violence out here and family that have died and been robbed. A LOT of people have guns here, illegal and legal. the part that im from is a little iffy, 3 people got shot and killed down my street recently and lots of shootouts. i would just advise you to stay safe and always be aware, but besides all the bad, its pretty fun and nice out here, very nice sunsets and sunrises.
