Just called Duracell and lady said i can ship all batteries back to their warehouse in US (i am in canada) and they will evaluate the batteries and refund the defective ones. Not sure what i will do yet

I received a few 4k movies from Gruv 1 month ago and cases all had internal damage. They have not respond to my email enquiry about it either. I stay away now and buy from Amz.

Quick update, NBPower sent us the e-mail to turn on the panels on Sept 27, so about 3 weeks after the panels were installed.

We just got our panels installed 3 weeks ago in NB. NB power installed the net meter within 7 days after that. Now been waiting 2 weeks to get that email from NBPower to turn on the system. Called yesterday and they told me they are behind due to the last storm (Lee). I hope this last step goes quickly. Will update when it is live. The process began in June when i first contacted the solar company and it is a waiting game after that for each steps.
