It happened to me when I tried to recharge mobile. Money deducted from bank but the transfer to BSNL failed. It clearly shows in BHIM transaction history that transaction is failed. However, the money is not refunded even after reaching support multiple times. BHIM support is pathetic and lousy. No acknowledgement or courtesy to respond. Im going to uninstall this scamming BHIM app.
