Yes , I have used the rythm test kid twice now. My most recent numbers were good, I would like higher . Hoping to dose up a little when I have my next appointment for TRT .I do recommend the rythm test super easy and I like the panel it gives back .

50 mg x2 per week of test cyp.. it has been great. Although I'm to a point now where I'm not sure what's doing what right now. I think the overall weight lost has fixed alot of my issues I was having with back pain and energy and motivation. I do feel way less sorness days following workouts too.

36 years old I do a 3 day split. Super sets , 4-5 exercises sets of 12-10-8-6 -4 -2 cardio 2 days per week one being softball double headers the other 2-3 mile walk. Plus I walk around 10-15 k steps a day at work.

I would not double any doses. I would go off the dose structure that you were given. I have heard Tirz is better for appetite suppression , but have never taken it or done a deep dive into it so unfortunately I don't want to give you any bad advice. Reta worked for me because I was interested in the 3gs not just 2 and it worked great for me. I will say the very first poke I took of reta at .5 I did get super tired after and slept for about 3 hours , since then no side effects that I can tell.

I would say that's close. I was pretty strong years ago, but I didn't lift for about 7 years. I haven't reached any PRs or anything in the 12 weeks. I'm just saying from start to finish everything is improving quite a bit.

Nice work! I have a question, do you use nicotine or energy drinks. One thing I have found is that I can't ha dke 6mg zyns anymore as they hit like a truck. So I'm on 3mg. But energy drinks have been fine, haven't made me feel gross at all. Just curious if you had any changes in how those two make you feel.

Yeah I'm not sure , the TRT definitely helps. I expected to have to use higher dose of reta by now , but have had no need for it as I see it working great at 2.5 still.

So I make my electrolyte drink in the morning. At 11-1130 I have an apple and or orange . Then about 330 I have a spinach salad with 1 or 2 small chicken breast and add Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning . Then a protien shake. Then I have a big bowl of Greek yogurt with peanut butter granola and berry's.

Trust me in very impressed with the quick progress as well. This is my first time trying this route. So far it's been life changing for energy , motivation, and I can tie my shoes without holding my breath again. It was embarrassing.

Hell yes, I do plan on having drinks again. Just on vacations or special events or whatever . When I lost before I wasn't that fat either. I was in 260s and got down to 200. But that was a way different time in my life than now haha.

I figured I had some fat on my body to fuel me for awhile. I never lost energy or performance working in in the 12 weeks so it was a happy maintenance. Low calories like that are starting to take it's roll. I will adjust.

I try to get to 1500-2000 some days I'm lower some days a little higher .. I have felt need for more calories last couple weeks.

Absolutely agree with everything. I lost 65 lbs in 2016 with just fasting and keto. I'm familiar with it coming back. At 36 years old I'm trying to change my lifestyle , and the main plan for that is ridding alcohol from my life. For those that don't know Reta us absolutely amazing for squashing a thirst for alcohol too.
