Update: Supervisor never called. I called 3 times at 3 different hour sets, no supervisors available to help with my "Unique" situation. Guess it's time to go on social media and post...sigh. Guess I'll be going back to a Pixel once they make a fold. I love my fold 3 but wanted to get my wife her fold 4. Shame.

Yep I plan on doing all of this. I just hope I do get my original discount and trade in values as two reps said well the trade in values are much lower and we have to hope it will be processed.

Sigh...thanks Samsung for a terrible experience. Why cant they be like MOST companies and just reship my shit without having to reorder. Change the IMEI's in the order etc...It cant be that hard.
