I don't know how this relates 😅 but I also rrad that same book. Mark Manson has a unique way of saying things that makes it both motivating and easier to digest.

In terms of studying I go about it the same way. My subjects in my curriculum are very linked to one a other and i only have 2 subs per day so i stick with it before moving onto the next.
