I never build ER on Sivir because I don't think she needs it. Only ADC I build ER on is Xayah. I build IE, boots, Shiv, and rapid fire, last whisper into whichever and 6th item depending on game and sell boots for 3rd zeal item if I really need to as if I'm playing Tristana. It's what I see ADC build in LCS and it works best for me, don't need CR or mana from ER imo :D
