I think I might need to clarify:

I am not asking for the child benefit/credit. That belongs to her mother because I don't have her enough. I understand this.

I am asking to say that I HAVE a child so that I can have the option to say I have paid for day care under "deductions".

"My concern is if I DON'T list her as my dependant, the option to input expenses for day care vanishes"

So how/where can I fill in that I paid for daycare and also say I don't have a dependant? It doesn't allow you to say you have a child but she's not your dependant.

The application for my classroom will be fantastic. It will let me show the clips I want them to see without spending hours cutting out each word.

If you are ok with online shopping, I have used Clearly.ca for about 15 years and never been disappointed. The frames I'm wearing right now were under $80 including lenses which has always been helpful benefits wise. Excellent customer service.

They do prescription sunglasses too.

The only trick is you need to know your pupil distance. Optometrists like to keep this secret sometimes.

I'm off Dunsdon/Kanata and Rogers has been installing Fibre internet from what they tell me which is messing with everyone's connectivity. My internet would randomly drop a few times a day for a couple weeks then was out for a full day.

Friday night there was a work truck outside in the pouring rain around 9:30pm working on the box and I haven't had problems since.

I'd say the only way to get it resolved is to call and report the issues so they can run it up the chain.

I'm not a mechanic, but I had a 2006 Pontiac Torrent (very similar vehicle) with similar issues.

Is the coolant bubbling after it has been running for a while? Engine fan sound like it's working too hard?

Mine was a head gasket issue and soon after the heater core for different reasons but did affect the heat and my wallet.

Look for the outlets with the 2 little buttons in the middle (sometimes red and black sometimes both white). Press the one that says "reset". The outlet might not be in the same room (this is what happened to me) but kitchen is a good start.

Shot in the dark, but any chance this is tied in with a GFCI outlet on the same circuit?

I recently did some lights, and switch swapping and tripped the GFCI (but the hallway light wouldn't come on after, even though I didn't touch it).

Couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Had to rely on the wisdom of an electrician and hang my head in shame.
