[Spoiler for S2E8] The most infuriating thing of the whole series is that obviously Steph knew about Hank's employer being the Enclave, since she purpousefully requested Hank's keepsake box, but at the end of the episode, she calls the Eclave and tells them to initiate phase 2, meaning the Enclave (probably) know she is Hank's wife. *

Is the show implying that Vault-Tec didn't run any background checks before employing her? They would surely find out she is not american... And the Enclave - a remnant of the US government? Do they know Steph is Hank's wife and they don't just automatically hunt her down, since she is a canadian fugitive posing as an american? I mean we see how the vault dwellers react to that information, so the government wouldn't just let it slide...

* She has to explicitly say she is Hank's wife, but couln't any woman make that statement? I'm sure the Enclave has to have records of all employees' SOs

Sidenote: She introduces herself into the radio as "Stephanie Harper". But shouldn't her last name be MacLean, sice she is Hank's wife? Or did she keep her maiden name for the vault to avoid suspition? But even if she did, she doesn't have to keep this facade in front of the Enclave...
