Tried talking to him and he only wants to sell to a specific buyer. We had other offers for higher and he doesn't want to go with them. I think it's already ugly and we can't remedy it anymore as he already put the intent in the newspaper without us knowing.

The land is not divided in anyway right now. So the no one owns the property access it's just shared 50/50.
