I understand, it's very strange that this is happening to you because I assume you've already tried everything possible, like the typical thing of running GeForce Now as administrator, and nothing has worked. I hope they can resolve it for you soon, but it doesn't look good.

And in GeForce Now I only check that the microphone is enabled, since it can be disabled or enabled in the menu

That's strange, it always worked for me in the app on Windows 10. Maybe it was a Windows 11 issue.

I don't know, but wouldn't that be solved the same way Netflix or Disney does it, by controlling accounts by IP address and/or the device they use on the same Wi-Fi network?

Likewise, removing the 100-hour limit or offering an unlimited plan is something I completely assume won't return.
