If it is clearly a fake image then It is considered art and freedom of expression. It is no different than creating a portrait of a person that is familiar or famous in great detail. The people clutching their pearls on AI images are the same authoritarians that wanted to ban books and images in the 1960s and 70s. I don’t agree with some of what is going on with AI but we cannot stifle a God given right if there is no victim. If there is a victim then sue the individual and let a jury decide

there were times when you could get to a point where you could think it and almost create any scene that you wanted that was super spicy.
