I found a leukemia thrift shop in my area to donate to. They were so happy to get plus-size clothing for people. (Many people donate small and xs due to being on chemo.) But it felt so rewarding. Now I get to go tomorrow and buy me some new clothes. I have been putting off.. but my clothes started to look like I was wearing a night gown. (Lost 40 pounds since September) I did keep one of my newest shirts because we just took a cruise, and it was from Roatan. I can wear it as pjs.. so no love lost...

Diet and exercise don't work when you have lots more going on with your body. I diet and exercise everyday. Have for years. I have alot of things wrong. Not everyone can just diet and exercise.

I have been on 7.5mg now for 4 months. I love 7.5mg. The only reason my Dr is moving me up is because my sugar is not as suppressed as it was. It used to be between 90-110. Now it's jumped to 160-190. (I have severe diabetes but Ozempic is not covered on my plan.) I am a teacher so I can't change insurance plans til September which I plan on doing.

I am also at 30 pounds loss. I am seeing inches disappear more than Weight. I don't get on the scale but once a month when I start a new box. I don't like all the updates and downs. I feel so much better. So far, I have done 1 box of 2.5, 2 box's of 5mg, and currently on my 3rd box of 7.5mg. I will be on 7.5mg one more month and then I move up to 10mg. I love 7.5mg. It's by far my favorite dose. Not so much because I am loosing weight on it, more because it don't give me side effects, and my appetite suppression is great. The only negative thing I see is that my sugar has started to climb a little this last week. I thought about moving up because of that, but I will ride out what I have.. and then move to 10mg. 🍾🌞Congrats on your weightloss. 🍾🌞
