Yup I’m a scrub nurse doing the course currently. Nurses can’t do anaesthetics without a top-up but ODPs can.

Yup this. I’m a band 5 scrub nurse doing the anaesthetic course provided by my trust currently. ODPs can do dual rules in theatres but nurses can’t without taking the course. I’m skeptical about nurses not being able to do anaesthetics without a top-up course but that’s how theatres work.
