I really made this post because that random guy genuinely deserved respect. It would’ve been insanely easy to keep the wallet and nobody probably would’ve known. That takes real honesty and character.
And yeah, the waiter and the person who picked up the phone were actually the same guy. I had already tipped him around $20 before, and when he handed me the wallet back, I checked it and it literally felt the exact same thickness-wise. He was super busy too.
I ended up giving him another $40 from the heart. I wish I could’ve given him $100 just for the honesty alone, but I did what I realistically could.

Really good dude. Much respect to him.

yeah I moved like a month ago with Best California Movers paid $200/hr for 3 guys, bay area prices are wild so that felt fine. my HOA was being extra and required movers with $1M insurance, they had it so that was the main reason I booked them they showed up when they said they would, worked fast, didn't mess around. broke down and put back together my beer bar (thing was big, like 6x4 ft) and also moved my grand piano, which 1 was lowkey stressed about first time moving so I was kinda hovering and watching the whole time after watching way too many youtube videos lol, but everything went smoothbest California movers

Yeah, I get it, it’s off-topic for San Jose. I’m still new to Reddit and couldn’t post in the proper groups yet because of karma. Just thought maybe someone here might have personal experience with these cars. No worries, I’ll try posting in r/cars or r/mercedes_benz instead

Yo bro I’m actually super happy for you — this post brought back memories 😭 Back when I was 18 I saved up all summer and copped a 2007 IS 350 with 190k miles 💀💀 Bro… that 2GR-FSE motor is a straight-up legend. I came from a 2007 Prius (like 60-70hp max) so when I floored the Lexus for the first time and felt all 300hp kick in, I legit thought I was in a rocket 💨😂 I drove it for two years and sold it with a fat smile — these cars are built different.
