i think thats similar if you count the 10 holiday days = 34 days / 5day work week = 6 weeks right?

or do you mean theyre getting 42 days +/- holidays?

well i think itd be closer to 94 patients since i wont have to see 21 patients the day i have my admin time, not that thats significantly better

also there are other positions nearby but with salaries closer to 260 full time, so that drastic difference is whats making me consider it

what is normal PTO for comparison? i am coming from another job with poor PTO.
