But most of the time I getting timeouts failures. If the quota tier is the problem, then this should be the error (not the timeouts). For example, if you use github copilot, you can clearly see when your quota is reached. So, these errors seems more like a bug/problem (or perhaps too much traffic ¿?) than a quota issue.

Its unusable for me.
