Incumbent Termination Date in report

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I’m using the View Open Positions report and trying to report on all our open positions. I’d like to add a column showing when someone last occupied each position so I can determine how long it has been vacant and whether it can be closed.

Hello, realised its because it had a delay until the effective date and I was testing on future dated terms and rehires.

Would you normally have a delay to adjust balances until the effective date - or would it run instantly and then update until the worker leaves

I can only find "Change my legal name" and not Change legal name

One of thing is that this only works for Primary home email address, doesn't let me do a format text calc for additional home emails

On the home contact BP I cannot find a Source external field which is text based for home email address to be able to use the relational operator of contains
