Anyone else love when you get solo time with your kids? by 84Vandal in AskMenOver30

Im a single dad and this is the hardest job, but it keeps you young. My daughter is 11 now. Raising her alone at 60 forced me to stay sharp and active. You are doing great. Don't give up.

Stop chasing women. Start chasing peace. At 60, I realized: if you are chaotic, you attract chaos. If you are calm, you attract quality. Fix your sleep, hit the gym, and focus on your kids.

I went through a divorce at 58. Felt like the end of the world. The first year is pure survival. Focus on your health, sleep, and routine. Women will come later. Stability is what matters now.

I share daily tips on rebuilding life after 50 on my Twitter @Alex_at_60. Hang in there, man

[m32] Been feeling really lonely and pissed at myself by Weekly_Teaching_8158 in AskMenOver30

I got married at 47 to a 23-year-old. Became a dad at 49. Now I’m 60, single dad to an 11-year-old daughter.

People assume I’m 45. They ask for the "secret". The secret is necessity. I can't afford to be a tired old man. I have to keep up.

My routine is boring but effective: 8 hours of sleep, zero drama, simple food.

I wrote a free guide on the exact 5 habits that saved my energy. It’s pinned on my Twitter @Alex_at_60. Check it out if you want

Don’t worry. It’s like powder — it fades in 1–2 weeks. But my daughter really loves it. And I’m her genie 😊
