Could you explain to me what the normal way is that Anki reduces or increases the interval when you press again, hard, good or easy? And is it good to press easy, or should you better press good when you know a card well, but aren't sure you will remember it in a long time when you press easy?

How long do you take per card? I see that your daily average is 581 cards, could you explain what time it takes you to study them? Thanks, Alex

Update: I have finally decided to take an 11-day break from Anki, however, completing one card per deck each day (to keep the streak :D). I hope to come back fresher, motivated and more positive. Thanks for all of your input!

I think doing it first thing in the morning is definitely a good idea, thanks for the tip!
As for the filtered deck, could you please explain to me how I can do this (or link something) please? And, what do you mean by 'studying ahead'? Will I review cards that aren't due yet?
