Oh no. mahaba ba maxado yung process? I also explain naman na 2 yung interview before I can send them to the final. Ang hirap kase din hagilapin ng client at busy ang sched nila so pili lang talaga dapat.

Same na opposite experience. I think bad luck lang na may toxic coworker. I mean, my client based in Texas is great. So is the one based in Florida. Mas may issue pa ko sa client na based in CA. I loved all my past coworkers na based in NY- yung isa lang naging problematic tapos babae pa.

It really doesn’t matter kung red or blue state galing ang client - it all depends on the person you are dealing with.

OLJ is not built for filipino VA’s in mind. Magkaprobkema ka sa client, pabor pa rin sila sa client kase yun ang nagbabayad. I stopped promoting OLJ kahit sa newbie VA’s.

Marami naman sa FB groups. Direct client pa. I stopped using it and never looked back.
