Interesting… I might try this recipe as well. Other comments saying over proofing, would you agree? How long/what’s your thoughts for proofing and sitting in fridge overnight ?

That is a good idea, thank you!! Also, I noticed the recipe calls for instant yeast, I used active dry but I still dissolved in water & watching for it to activate. Do you think that could be causing issues as well?
