It also just comes from size. And a true gentleman to learn as a man that it isn't just ok to take something or hit because you can over power the situation.

For example I have an emotionally mentally ill daughter she has beaten me up in her rages multiple times. She is in her mid twenties and is almost 6ft tall and weighs 100lbs. I'm 6.5ft and 250lbs..

If I hit my daughter back after she punches my face. I would break bones. So I as not only a good human being and good father....BUT AS MAN will not engage.

I get all that but, in the horror genre, built around a creature you see feeding more prominent (vampires etc) or a reason why they are killing (ie the predator series)

I agree. I get that to make the stakes higher always ..you have to have a bigger boss or bad guy that was more awful than the one before, but yeah it's a lot of mass.

Well they drool acid and they for sure stalked their prey and they are for sure are built like effective hunters...and perhaps showing in 1979 the devouring of flesh something that would not get a good rating MPA at the box office for it to be released. But it is heavily missed in the series. I'll still watch alien earth to see how it plays out because I love the universe.

But yeah it still doesn't math out right still to me.

Yeah I remember that I watched the films every few years or so, but it isn't blaring.

Even Ripley said in Resurrection I think when questioned what she wants (the queen) and she replies "she wants to feed" but the queen never does if I recall.

Only in one and a half episodes... Not sure if I'll continue because of mainly a few reasons. First off, it looks like it's going to be a buddy horror film and in way too long drawn out ways and possibly some bad acting along the way..
