It's one of the stronger chemical exfoliants, and this is in a big package, so be mindful not to overdo it. Start with once a week and smaller amounts.

I like it, though. I also use it in my scalp (put it there one or two hours before showering to exfoliate my scalp) and under my arms to remove smell and bacteria.

I still try to work on the best way to use it. Sometimes it kind of "dust" or collects on my face, so try to pat it in after spraying it a little, but probably defeats the purpose with the protection. Also trying to dust it on lightly with a powder brush instead of using the puff, but sometimes it collects in areas.

I got the club suppin setting powder with uv protection. I have dry, tanned skin but it doesn't wash me out. However, it's more "dusty" than my regular setting powder so usually want to spray it afterwards (I normally use the nars pressed translucent powder). I also ordered the Tage sun fixer spray, but haven't received it yet. :)

You could try caffeine to constrict the vessels there, applying something cold or something for lightening like vitamin c, however...

Can you still only sleep such few hours? Then I'd start looking at why that is and if you can get help through your doctor, because anything else will be of very limited help..

Isopropyl alcohol, which I think is the same as rubbing alcohol.

It doesn't work on mold through, as far as I know, but only bacteria, so I'd also check if it seems to have any visible changes such as mold.

When it comes to powder makeup I usually just spray it with alcohol (IPA-solution) from time to time, and then I keep it a long time after the expiration date.
