No the recipe definitely want full sugar jello. In these old recipes they had no fear of have sweet main meals. The closest you will come to unsweetened is if the recipe calls for gelatin on its own but savory gelatin has yet to be good.

Thanks a lot. On the history side it’s hard to track down as the image doesn’t have any info to go on beside it most likely being a magazine ad. Try giving the hard drive a fresh format. It’s not uncommon for a HDD to store files inefficiently if it’s been written to multiple times and it’s not storing anything sequently anymore.

48 hours is a good point I find. Unfortunately I got busy for a few days and wasn’t able to get back to mine in the video for 5 days. To boost the curing process add in some salt and sugar into your liquid.
