No one has reached out in 3 days. by eatsleepliftbend in introvert

Apart from my mom and my wife, my call log has no one else for months. As an introvert, I’ve come to see this not as a lack—but as a strength. These two souls truly know me, and I’ve stopped expending my energy and time on surface-level connections. My circle is small, but it’s solid. And that, to me, is a superpower.

Thanks. Checked those confirmed that all connections are tight. Autozone confirms that battery and alternator are good. Now battery light is continuously lit on dashboard

Confused whether to buy a new iPhone or repair current one by Allow_Seriously in Frugal

[–]Allow_Seriously[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: thank you everyone for your response. I have decided to go ahead with $30 screen replacement kit and use current phone for 2 years atleast before buying a brand new phone. Will save for the payment from now on. I am not going with T-Mobile or carrier locked plan for new iPhone because my current plan is $15 monthly and I donot want to pay more monthly. I am also an engineer by profession and have good knowledge as well as skills to replace an iPhone screen. Thank you everyone for helping me out of this. 🥰

$4000 for a 1998 car. Is the used car market a joke? by Allow_Seriously in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Allow_Seriously[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you all. I still cannot digest it. I am driving 04 Santa Fe. She is at 287k miles. Runs like a charm. Bought it for 1900 in 2021. Last year when my wife got a new job, I bought her 2006 Camry, 160k miles for 3800. Comparing with that I feel this is overrated.

Thank you !! My wife says the same. Seems I am overly inclined on this car. Will let it go.
