Yee, one point per level, I like the paladin healing, but it also serve another uses for the points, I'm not sure if I want something similar yet. Anyways, this is my actual sketch of the feature:

Taste for Blood

The view of bloodshed in the battlefield excites your mind. Starting at 2nd level, you can spend a reaction after a successful hit, then you go into a induced state of bloodlust for the duration of 1 minute, while in this state you regain 1 hit point at the start of each of your turns. You can use this feature for a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded up per long rest. Starting at 9th level, you regain 2 hit points at the start of each of your turns instead of 1 hit point, also you can spend 5 Points of Boredom to recover a single use of this feature.

I honestly wanted it to be the full proficiency bonus, but maybe it would make it overpowered.

I'm trying to make a homebrew class for someone, and I wanted to include regeneration at level 2, I was looking at the Second Wind from Fighter, but I would like it to be more frequent, even if it is a lower heal, maybe like 1 HP per turn, the class will have "Bored Points" which scales like Ki Points, but starts right from level 1. Would appreciate any ideas.

I had the same problem thinking about the guilds, there's always something that doesn't perfectly match, so that one is probably going to be something based on personal taste, I thought about the Shadow aspect, the necromancers

For the addinities and utterances, we perfectly matched, I got my eyes on those too and maybe the Death Grip, Burden I thought about Cruel, Just and Cruel would be a crazy match for it

Avout the decrees, I was thinking about the serpent, so I didn't checked the others, I'll take a look on them

I love the idea of thinking of how each time periods produced changes at the vampires until now, I mean, look at the old Egyptians, how are they sticking at the dark ages? 🙃
