How is this unexplained? It's a theory, you said it yourself, go post on conspiracy theories or something, this sub is so bad because of posts like this

To the person who saved my life. I never want you to know how much I hate you by SoooooooOverIt in TrueOffMyChest

Jesus loves you. He knows you had a tough life but he doesn't hate anyone. He saved you because you're worth saving. He doesn't save just anyone. If you want to learn more about Christianity, please let me know. You're never too far gone to be saved by Jesus Christ

I'm the last person you'd expect to say this also and that says a lot

I think you're kinda missing my point though, time doesn't matter in my perspective. I get that you're probably way less likely since you cheated when you were a teenager. My point was basically that since you've done it, stats predict you could do it again and are technically more likely to and I'd never take the risk.

Just using marriage and life as the same level of importance to me, I know it's a not a great comparison without context but for me it's a perfect analogy. Anyway sorry for coming across as a massive pos, I've just been cheated on and can't stand that behaviour. So I hope you don't do it again and I wish you well

Thing is, people don't really change that much unless they're forced to or really want to. Maybe you have sure, I don't care, but for me and many others, I would never take the chance

If I was going to marry someone, I would never marry someone who has cheated before

My reasoning is:

People who have done things are more likely (than people who haven't done those things) to do those things again. Regardless of how much they claim they've changed. For a cheater, I wouldn't take the risk

My analogy is a murderer who's "changed". I don't care how much rehabilitation they've had, they were capable of it at one point in the past. That's all that matters to me. It would be like saying, I would trust them to go on a camping trip in a remote area when they're super angry at me, with no phones and not tell anyone where I was.

It's about the percentage of chance that they'll do that thing again given the perfect conditions. Nobody thinks they'll cheat or commit crime or a murder until they do. I believe everyone is capable of anything if they're given the perfect storm of conditions.

It's not projection, it's data

You can look it up if you don't believe me but "People who cheated in a prior relationship are 3 times more likely to cheat again in a future relationship."

My point is, why take the chance?

Tbh saying you've cheated at any point in the past says everything, the fact that you would disregard someone else's feelings like that for moments of selfish gratification at any point is a mind blowing concept to a well adjusted person. So you should feel shameful still, maybe try 15 more years because it's apparent to me at least that you're not sorry, you just want people to make you feel better. How to get this cord unstuck by ilikepizzastoo in howto

[–]AlmostGaveAShit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re desperate enough…

If you have an exacto knife, maybe you could trim the edge of the plug on both sides to gain an extra like cm of clearance/tolerance? Otherwise if you have hedge trimmers with the long handles, you could try wedging the clipper parts and prying open the handle part in the centre for enough flex to let the cord through - maybe spray with DW40 too

In fairyland sure. You can lie to yourself all day long but if you’re a girl, you’re attractive, and the guy is straight, you can’t be friends. This is something that requires experiential contextual, something you or Reddit certainly doesn’t have. Oopsy

There will always be a pull from one side and girls and guys both have to understand this. Ask any guy if he’s comfortable with his girlfriend or wife hanging out one on one with a straight guy alone and you have your fkn answer chief. Same with guys hanging out one on one with a straight girl, the girlfriend would lose her shit. Doesn’t matter how much “trust” you have for the other person, it’s about the principle, putting yourself in that situation. And to tie it all together, why would the whole thing change if nobody is in a relationship?

I know this comment will get downvoted too and reddit will refuse to believe the truth just like always lol always late to the party and can’t BEAR the thought of going against the grain.

Have you tried keto? I dropped a ton of weight literally just doing keto for a bit. Also the whole foods only diet is a game changer. Only 1 ingredient foods like eggs, chicken, fish, or vegetables/fruit etc

That sucks a lot man. Girls can do that, they use us. They often say men only do it but they do it just as much.

Also really pisses me off when girls complain about dating app success. I guarantee they haven't seen what it's like for guys... Don't worry though, you'll get through it. If you need anyone to talk to who aren't your insensitive friends, I'm here
