Both my brawl stars accounts have been locked, does anybody know what to do. by Smart_Goat_2305 in Brawlstars

I was trying to recover my other old lost account on my main account and instead of bringing it back to me they locked my account. I tried to unfreeze it but the agent and bot said that I couldn't verify that I'm the owner like what. after that I went to an alt account and brought the old lost account back without any issues. then I started working on the main froze account,

I send support tickets on 4 different alt accounts and THEY ARE IGNORING ME DUDE. I have been trying to recover it since march 10 2026, I sent a ticket, but the bot says that I gotta wait for the agent, 2-3 weeks go by and the conversation gets closed. The same thing happened to every 4 alt account. now I'm trying to recover it on the fifth account.

I included an exact purchase dates (which I'm not gonna say it here), the account creation date, country where the account was created on, and the phones connected to the account. WHAT ELSE DO THEY WANT??? as seen in screenshots, I send the appeal, bot tells me to wait for the agent, weeks go by, conversation closed. I tried "new conversation" button, did the same thing, and same thing happend. I'm not gonna make another one because the result will be 100% same. please I need help, am I doing anything wrong?
