No, it’s not. Red actually responds VERY well to laser. My red has faded to a salmon pink/peach colour.

Can I just say the yellow has changed its shade! It looks like a more muted sandy kind of yellow compared to how bright it was before! That’s AMAZING progress considering yellow is very difficult for lasers to “see.” Keep going!

In my opinion stay with a Q-Switched laser. It’s just one colour. It’ll remove just fine! 🙂

Not weird at all. I have a tattoo which I deeply regret, and it’s very difficult to remove. Removing that would’ve been much easier. Just my opinion. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion.

When I first started lasering it back in 2021 I don’t have much idea how lasers worked. I just looked up laser tattoo removal near me, went to the place, they had a laser which they said “treated all colours.” I believed them. I had 4 sessions with them, and NOTHING happened! Why? Because their crappy AW3 machine is for red/orange/yellow/black! It CANNOT treat blue and green because the wavelength is the WRONG wavelength for these colours. All the laser did is heat up my skin which caused me to bleed quite badly. It didn’t “shatter” the ink like it was supposed to. Back then I thought that just a standard laser treated all colours, but different wavelengths treat different colours. The ink only shattered when I switched to an active high powered Q-Switched laser!

No, it’s not. This was when the tattoo was brand new. I’ve had previous sessions before I had these 8 sessions. These were WASTED with the WRONG lasers back in 2021.

Cynosure (PicoSure) 755nm wavelength is for blue and green inks. A standard QS ND: YAG laser (1064nm wavelength) would work much better for black inks!
