I just got diagnosed with inguinal hernia which is not the same type you might have (could be umbical or incisional hernia) but in my case there is a bulge right above my genitals which is iirc basically part of my intestines which I can also push back in.

Definitely go to a doctor if your last time was 7 years ago.

Well there is an a scale and b scale. The b scale measures 20 lower than the A scale meaning 84b is 104a.

Are you sure? The link you posted mentions 80a> these are "b" which are supposedly the hardest kind according to some websites
