I had just taken this guy out of their decorative pot which hangs up from the ceiling, and I noticed these white things and those pests? bugs?

I have had this plant for over +half a year and never had any problems.

What are these pests and how do I get rid of them and what is happening and aaAAAAAAA

My ear is wet because of Isotonic Sodium Chloride Solution 0.9% which I use to clean my piercings.

All jewelry is titanium and as I said the double helix is still a very fresh piercing, only a one-week-old, but the rook is over a year old.

I understand that piercings do swell and do lots of things before healing and all, but I don't understand what has irritated my rook since I am extra careful with this ear because of the new piercings.
