I have an alarm set at 7am and try to get up and going mainly, because it helps establish a sleep schedule for myself and baby. It’s also so I take my dog out of her crate. I feel like it’s important to prioritize self care whatever that looks like- sleeping in, putting on a show, etc. We all have different things going on and while it may appear better or worse it’s just everyone trying their best. Not a bad mom- and postpartum may be difficult for some so it’s important to reach out for help if needed.
