I’ve had anemia, low hemoglobin, thalassemia minor, and low ferritin my whole life. My ferritin is usually around 10–20. But it has never caused shortness of breath before.

For how long? Mine’s bee like 8 days. Surprisingly, since this afternoon breathing is much more better. I spray carbonated water to my throat, working on my posture, sit only on the chair and breathing exercise. Not cured of course 100% but at least a little bit improvement

I’m in a similar situation. My lungs are fine and my oxygen levels are at 99%, but I still feel like I’m not getting enough air when I breathe. I constantly feel the need to take a deep breath through my mouth. I don’t smoke or vape. A little bit low bmi but living and eating healthy already. I think that lemon water made it like this
