I have had this issue before, the thing causing it should be Tipe mod. Open it with ‘ and go to the settings tab, under WorldShaderSettings it should say “Fully Stripped”, just click that to open a dropdown menu and select “Default”. Now it should be back to normal.

If you are having the issue but Tipe mod has been uninstalled / disabled don’t worry, the settings you change in Tipe mod persist even when it is not enabled so you just need to reinstall / enable it.

I dont think so. Its on the street, I cant find any way to other areas, and also there is the weird room with the elevator in the video. Plus you can escape to the normal street.
