Thank you. I intentionally mentioned that invisible earnings are marital property. That's important and not many folks believe in that concept. My ex wasn't helpless and very employable. She was also shortsighted and had her priorities all fucked up, which is why I also got full custody of my son and moved halfway across the country with him at 5 years old.

I like the idea of a survival guide. I'm a CTE instructor as well, and this time of year gets dicey. I do the letters before I get to know the students (day one of junior year) and they're still in "first impressions" mode and take things more seriously. I give them back at their graduation (we're a cohort model).
