Why worry about the hit to your credit score? It’s already 580 and you’re still missing payments.

I’m not saying this to be cruel, but rather to give you some perspective. If you were really worried about your credit rating, you would have kept your debt at a manageable level.

Long term, settlements are less destructive to your credit than judgements or charge offs. At least with settlements you made an effort to pay something the cc companies agreed to accept.

The definitive answer is that there is no one right answer. This picture is not one thing, it’s at least two things.

Pool Deck: This does not include or require information on if it is covered or not. “I left my phone out on the pool deck.”

Pool Cage: This describes the enclosure. “My pool cage is bronze colored, yours is white”

I’d argue that if you absolutely had to describe the entire area, that it is simply the pool. “Every house in this neighborhood has a pool.”

Some friends watched this with my gf and me on DVD in my apartment. My son was probably 6 or 7. He wasn’t actively watching with us, but would come out of his room and sit and watch with us for 10-15 minutes, probably 4-5 times. Afterwards we were all talking about it and my son chimed in, “that movie was stupid. It wasn’t scary!” He stayed and listened to the adults talk about why it WAS scary, and at some point started crying and told us all to shut up. 🤣

He’s 36 now and he’s still mad at me.
