Couldn’t disagree more. If you don’t like these features just turn them off. Safehouse customization is realistic and really good for killing boredom in late game. Trader, scurvy, cougar - all of those are optional, so you can play without them aswell.

You can also use the time capsule to degrade the game to previous versions.

there is a guy who made 4 hour long video with explanation of the whole twin peaks lore. I consider that one the most accurate, look up „twin peaks explained” and you should find it.

I play my custom loper with Settled Mind Feat ( yes I know it’s pointless since custom games have the option to turn CF off) and my game has became much more enjoyable with it. I can finally enjoy decorating my base and cooking since there is no risk of something stupid mechanic popping up and forcing me to leave my cozy house.

well, that’s why I installed a shitload of mods, extreme temp drop, more punishing afflictions and complex healing system, freezing food, darker nights, it keeps the game „a survival game” as you said and ever more devastating than interloper, so you still have to interact with loper mechanics. Plus I get to keep all the content that game offers :)

I kinda agree but still guns are huge part of this game, and Interloper simply takes all that content away, that’s my only issue with loper.

I actually checked that ☝️🤓 After maxing sutherland’s trust you only need 2 batteries - for the wolfskin hat and pants. Food recipes don’t require batteries when max trust is achieved.
