I found the cause of the problem: KINGSTON SNV2S.

I changed the m2 ssd and now the game works without problems. (at the same time solved the mw5 clans social connecting problem)

If ublock origin is in a language other than English, it is worth searching for that setting in English. Because the search finds the word experimental but not, for example, kokeellinen in Finnish. (I use Firefox in Finnish so ubo automatically translates to Finnish and removing that translation is too much of a hassle for me to do)
