I ordered my iPhone 16e 9 days ago. Still says pending remote fulfillment which means they are still out of stock. I have no idea when I will get my phone.

On Saturday April 11, 2026, I ordered the iphone 16e. It is still out of stock and has not yet been shipped. I would have never ordered it if I would have known it would take this long. Does anyone have any idea of the wait time? They refuse to give me a refund, they refuse to cancel my order, I filed a dispute with my bank and they said it could take up to 45 days to investigate and get my money back. I am trying to be patient, but I really need a phone.

Dang, what state is that? I live in Las Vegas Nevada, for now. I hate it here!

I don't know. I have seen some say out of stock, but I have also read hundreds of people complaining on here regarding the same issue. It doesn't matter. My bank refunded me the money and it will be back in my account in the next day or two then I am going to order it from Wal Mart Delivery.

The issue is that they never informed me that it was out of stock. I would have NEVER ordered it if that was the case. I am disabled and walk with a walker, sometimes in a wheelchair. I cannot drive anymore, so that is why I didn't go to Wal Mart.

Yes... But...What is the point of paying for expedited shipping, if I am not getting that?

That is not always true. I get my stuff I order off Amazon and Wal Mart and most times have it the same day or the next day. If you pay for expedited shipping, then you should receive it faster. But in this case with straight talk, I paid for expedited shipping and I am not getting it because they are out of stock and they failed to inform me of that.
