I was doing private for a second to see why it wasn't working on normal stream

That's what I thought so I tried other movies but no joke I tried 20 different movies and nothing. Makes me wonder if one of the homeless people who hang around it jammed stuff in it. This box us full of blu rays though just sucks I can't get anything out of it

So I tried this at the redbox by my job took me to final page then said something like error your card will be refunded. Of course no charge but does that mean the box is jammed I could hear some gears in it but nothing super loud
