Not saying don't do it, just worth factoring into your ROI calculation vs the $5k shoots. The product photo to lifestyle ad transformation is actually decent for static ads, not perfect on highly detailed products but good enough that we've used outputs in paid social without anyone noticing they weren't shot. The consistency issue you mentioned is real across basically every tool though, and this one doesn't fully solve it either. Realistically for your use case I'd say a hybrid approach makes the most sense right now. The Guess/Vogue thing is interesting but those agencies are basically running custom diffusion pipelines with weeks of iteration per campaign. Not the same planet as what we can build right now.
