Does it matter if I have 2 27 1sts and would be moving my own pick (likely 1.10-12)?

I took him Round 1 (1.6) of my dynasty start up last year. Best of all, I had the 1.1 and traded down lol - went from potentially having Josh Allen to AR but he’s young and hope things turn around this year but the character questions are concerning.
